How can I buy Erice cable car tickets online?

To purchase cable car tickets, you must register on the portal and choose the quantity of tickets you want to purchase. You will be guided step by step through the purchase process. To complete your order, proceed with payment by entering your credit card number. The system will send you a confirmation email with the purchase receipt and tickets attached.

May I buy severeral lift tickes in one transaction?

One can easily purchase several tickets, e.g. for children, other family members or friends, even in a single transaction. We will keep the customer's information and the different tickets will be linked into one account. The purchased tickets will be attached in the confirmation email that is sent to the email address of the person who made the purchase.

Will be sent a purchase confirmation email?

The system will send a confirmation e-mail, as a receipt, to the address used for registration. The email will contain the information relating to the purchase. Remember to print it or keep it saved on your device.

What types of tickets can I buy online?

Categories of tickets sold online
- Ordinary Ticket from 17 years of age
- Reduced Ticket 3 to 16 years old

For child < 3 years old the ticket is free

I did not received the confirmation email, what do I do?
